Where We Ship

We offer worldwide shipping, so your memorial light can reach you no matter where you are.

Processing Time

Each order is custom made with your pet’s photo, name, and special words.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time

After your order has been prepared and shipped, delivery usually takes:

7 to 20 days

Delivery times may vary depending on your country, local customs, holidays, or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your little light on its way home.
